I had a fantastic one-night getaway at Ararat Colonial Lodge Motel. the twin room was well-equipped with a toaster and air conditioning, making our stay comfortable. the location is very central, placing us close to everything in Ararat, which was very convenient.

Location: the hotel was next to good cafes/restaurants, shops, restaurants and tourist attractions, and the super market and other shops. I tried some drinks at pub Leopold Venue, located 10 minutes walk away.

The location was fantastic, just a short distance from J Ward Museum complex. The staff was incredibly nice and accommodating, and the proprietor was also outstanding. I really enjoyed my stay in the double room with a table, chairs, couch, and toaster.

Clean and spacious room, with a big window that let in plenty of natural light. The location was very convenient, close to restaurants and a supermarket. The staff were accommodating and friendly, making us feel welcome during our stay.

Some aspects of the room were a bit outdated and in need of repair, such as the door which was difficult to lock, and the electric blanket cords that were not adjacent to power points. it was fine for a night, but could benefit from some decor updates and TLC.
